2. Flow Turner Daniel Sharp
A common athletic phrase that actually refers to flow is the phrase “In the zone.” This famous phrase is used when athletes are really performing well and do not even have to think before they react. The idea behind flow is that the individual who is in the flow is unaware of it and does not even have to think before they react to any situation that is thrown at them. The important part of the flow is that the individual does not realize that they are in fact in the flow. If they even think about it our say that they are “in the zone,” than they are no longer actually in the flow because they are aware of it.
