The concept of flow is an amazingly interesting one from Turner’s book. After discussing this in class I found myself reading this section over and over. I was so amazed by the idea that someone could go through an entire experience, without fully comprehending what they just did. Literally, someone is unable to realize the movements and actions that they are currently doing because they are so caught up in the moment of bliss or even hatred. Using flow to describe a sacred moment made even more sense as a read over and over. With the limited experience I have had with the sacred, I fully understand how one would be flowing through such an experience.
