Religion - Nina Salzberg
Through out my life I haven't been able to associate myself with a certain religion. My dad is Jewish and my mom is Catholic. Neither practice their faith intensely, but they both believe in different things and have different views. So religion was never a topic in my household. I would attend church and temple. But I didn't feel like I belong in either. So when I got to college I decided I wanted to take religion classes as my elective. And being in those classes has opened my eyes to all the other religions out there. I became really fascinated with the Islamic faith. Hence why I write a lot of my papers on it. But I don't know if organized religion is right for me. I’m still unsure of what I believe in. And this class has helped me decide that I would like to take a spiritual journey to find myself and what I believe in. Whether is be a god or not.
