Dwain Harrison

I liked and enjoyed this class very much and feel like I have learned a lot of things from this class that I can use later in life. However, I always wanted to know why a man made invention cannot be sacred. For me, I have always felt the most sense of harmony and peace while I am on a baseball field. I know it sounds hard to believe, but that was a place where you were disconnected with reality. For those short 7 innings, it was you, 8 other teammates, and a baseball diamond. There were no classes, homework, conflicts. For that short time I was able to think of nothing else than what was in front of me. Nothing else mattered for those 7 innings. It was a truly rewarding experience and it was always an unfortunate event when the game commenced and I had to move on with my day.
