Aaron Thompson-Personal Choice2

In the film Cold fever, a japenese businessman goes to Iceland to perform a ritual for his dead parents, and as his journey moves through stages, his notion of ritual and sacred space changes, and eventually brings meaning to his life. There is a direct relation between the four axioms and three approaches in Lane's Landscapes of the Sacred, and the journey that the Japanese businessman departs on in the film Cold Fever.
